Important Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, injury to persons, or exposure to excessive microwave energy.
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not attempt to operate this oven with the door open as this can result in harmful exposure to microwave energy.
- Do not place any object between the oven front face and the door or allow soil or cleaner residue to accumulate on sealing surfaces.
- Do not operate the oven if it is damaged. It is particularly important that the oven door closes properly and that there is no damage to the: (1) door (bent), (2) hinges and latches (broken or loosened), (3) door seals and sealing surfaces.
- The oven should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone except properly qualified service personnel.
- Liquids or other foods must not be heated in sealed containers since they are liable to explode.
- Only use utensils suitable for microwave ovens.
- When heating food in plastic or paper containers, keep an eye on the oven due to the possibility of ignition.
- If smoke is observed, switch off or unplug the appliance and keep the door closed in order to stifle any flames.
- Do not overheat liquids.
- Do not fry food in the microwave oven. Hot oil can damage oven parts and utensils and even result in skin burns.
- Eggs in their shell and whole hard-boiled eggs should not be heated in microwave ovens since they may explode, even after microwave heating has ended.
- The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Components:
- Door: With a safety lock system.
- Viewing Window: Allows monitoring of food during cooking.
- Control Panel: Two mechanical knobs for setting time and power/function.
- Turntable: Glass plate that rotates to ensure even cooking.
- Turntable Ring: Supports the glass turntable.
- Grill Rack: Metal rack for grilling functions.
- Waveguide Cover: Located inside the oven cavity, protects the microwave components. Do not remove.
Setup
Unpacking:
- Remove all packaging materials and accessories.
- Inspect the oven for any damage such as dents or a broken door. Do not operate if damaged.
- Remove any protective film from the cabinet surface.
Placement:
- Place the oven on a flat, stable surface that can support its weight and the heaviest food likely to be cooked in the oven.
- Ensure adequate ventilation: Leave a minimum of 20 cm (7.9 inches) clearance above the oven, 10 cm (3.9 inches) at the rear, and 5 cm (2 inches) on both sides.
- Do not block air vents.
- Do not place the oven near heat sources or in a damp environment.
Electrical Connection:
- Plug the power cord into a properly installed and grounded wall outlet.
- Ensure the voltage matches the rating label on the appliance.
Operating Instructions
The Cecotec ProClean 3110 features two mechanical control knobs for easy operation.
Control Knobs:
- Top Knob: Timer (up to 30 minutes).
- Bottom Knob: Power Level / Function Selector (Microwave, Grill, Defrost).
Microwave Cooking:
- Place food in a microwave-safe container on the glass turntable.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Turn the Bottom Knob to select the desired microwave power level (e.g., 700W for full power). There are 6 power levels available.
- Turn the Top Knob (Timer) to set the desired cooking time (up to 30 minutes).
- The oven will start automatically. The interior light will turn on.
- When the set time expires, the oven will emit an audible signal and stop cooking.
Grill Function:
Use the grill function for browning and crisping food. Always use the metal grill rack provided.
- Place food on the grill rack, which should be placed on the glass turntable.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Turn the Bottom Knob to the "Grill" setting.
- Turn the Top Knob (Timer) to set the desired grilling time.
- The oven will start grilling.
- When the set time expires, the oven will emit an audible signal and stop.
Defrost Function:
The defrost mode is designed to thaw food evenly.
- Place the frozen food in a microwave-safe container on the glass turntable.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Turn the Bottom Knob to the "Defrost" setting.
- Turn the Top Knob (Timer) to set the desired defrosting time. The defrost time will vary depending on the weight and type of food.
- The oven will start defrosting.
- When the set time expires, the oven will emit an audible signal and stop.
Stopping Operation:
To stop cooking before the timer expires, simply turn the Top Knob (Timer) back to the "0" position or open the oven door. Close the door to resume if paused.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your microwave oven.
General Cleaning:
- Always unplug the oven from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Keep the inside of the oven clean. When food splatters or spilled liquids adhere to oven walls, wipe with a damp cloth. Mild detergent may be used if the oven gets very dirty. Avoid using sprays or other harsh cleaners.
- The outer surfaces should be cleaned with a damp cloth. To prevent damage to the operating parts inside the oven, water should not be allowed to seep into the ventilation openings.
- Wipe the door and window on both sides, the door seals and adjacent parts frequently with a damp cloth to remove any spills or spatters. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Do not allow the control panel to become wet. Clean with a soft, damp cloth.
Turntable and Grill Rack:
- The glass turntable and turntable ring can be washed in mild soapy water or in a dishwasher.
- The metal grill rack should be cleaned with warm soapy water. Do not use abrasive pads or cleaners.
