Introduction

The Moto G Play (2023) is designed to bring your favorite content to life with a fast-refreshing 6.5-inch 90Hz display. Setup

1. Inserting SIM Card and MicroSD Card

Locate the SIM tray on the side of your device. Use the provided SIM tray ejector tool to open the tray. Carefully place your Nano-SIM card and an optional microSD card (for expandable storage up to 512GB) into the designated slots. Ensure they are correctly oriented before reinserting the tray into the phone.

2. Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Moto G Play (2023). Connect the USB cable to the 10W charger and then to the USB-C port at the bottom of your phone. Plug the charger into a power outlet. A full charge typically takes approximately 180 minutes (3 hours).

3. Powering On and Initial Configuration

Press and hold the power button located on the side of the device until the Motorola logo appears. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, Google account sign-in, and security settings. The phone runs on Android 12.0.

Cleaning Your Device
