This ceiling fan features a powerful 6-speed DC motor, 5 reversible carved solid wood blades, and is designed for both indoor and covered outdoor use.
2. Safety Information
- Always disconnect power at the main circuit breaker before installation, cleaning, or maintenance.
- Ensure the ceiling fan is securely mounted to a ceiling joist or a suitable support structure capable of holding the fan's weight.
- All electrical connections must comply with local codes and ordinances, as well as the National Electrical Code (NEC). If you are unfamiliar with electrical wiring, consult a qualified electrician.
- Maintain a minimum clearance of 7 feet from the floor to the bottom of the fan blades.
- Do not insert objects into the path of the fan blades while the fan is operating.
- This fan is suitable for damp locations, such as covered patios, but not for direct exposure to water.

4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation. It is recommended to have a second person assist during certain stages.
- Mounting Bracket Installation: Secure the mounting bracket to a ceiling joist or an approved outlet box. Ensure it is firmly attached and can support the fan's weight.
- Blade Assembly: Attach each of the 5 solid wood blades to the motor housing using the provided screws and washers. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.
- Downrod Assembly: Select the appropriate downrod length (4.5", 12", or 24") for your ceiling height. Feed the fan's electrical wires through the downrod and attach the downrod to the motor assembly. Secure with the provided pin and screws.
- Wiring Connections: Carefully connect the fan's electrical wires to your household wiring. Connect the ground wire (green) to the household ground wire. Connect the neutral wire (white) to the household neutral wire. Connect the live wire (black) to the household live wire. Use the provided wire nuts and ensure all connections are secure.
- Canopy Installation: Carefully lift the fan assembly and hang it on the mounting bracket. Slide the canopy up to cover the wiring connections and secure it to the mounting bracket with the provided screws.

5. Operating Instructions
Your WINGBO ceiling fan is operated via the included remote control. Ensure the remote has fresh batteries installed.

- Power On/Off: Press the central fan icon button to turn the fan on or off.
- Fan Speed: Use buttons 1-6 to select your desired fan speed, with 1 being the lowest and 6 being the highest.
- Forward/Reverse Function (Seasonal Modes): Press the ⇆ button to change the direction of the fan blades. In Summer Mode (forward direction), the fan creates a downward airflow, producing a cooling effect. In Winter Mode (reverse direction), the fan draws air upwards, circulating warm air trapped near the ceiling.
- Timer Function: Use the 1H, 2H, 4H, or 8H buttons to set the fan to automatically turn off after the selected duration.
- Nature Mode: Press the ≈ button to activate Nature Mode, which simulates a natural breeze by varying fan speeds.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your ceiling fan.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the fan blades and motor housing. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents as they may damage the finish.
- Tighten Fasteners: Periodically check all screws and fasteners on the fan and mounting hardware to ensure they are secure. Loose connections can cause wobbling or noise.
- No Lubrication Required: The DC motor is permanently lubricated and does not require additional oiling.
