1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the BILPIKOGoo 200W LED Follow Spot Light. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your new stage lighting equipment. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use, and retain it for future reference.

2. Safety Information

To ensure safe operation, please observe the following precautions:

• Always connect the unit to a grounded power outlet.
• Do not open the housing. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
• Avoid direct eye exposure to the light source. The LED light is powerful and can cause eye damage.
• Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating. Do not block ventilation openings.
• Keep the unit away from moisture, rain, and flammable materials.
• Always disconnect from power before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
• Position the light on a stable, level surface or securely mount it to the stand.

4. Product Overview

• Aperture Control Knob: Adjusts the size of the light beam.
• Pattern Control Knob: Adjusts the focus and clarity of the light pattern.
• Power Switch: Turns the unit ON or OFF.
• Cooling Fan: High-efficiency fan for heat dissipation.
• Color Filter Slot: Allows for manual insertion of color filters (5 + white split colors).

5. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your LED Follow Spot Light:

5.1. Stand Assembly

1. Unfold the tripod legs of the stand until they are fully extended and stable.
2. Adjust the height of the stand to your desired level using the locking mechanism. Ensure it is securely tightened.

5.2. Mounting the Light Unit

1. Carefully place the LED Follow Spot Light unit onto the top pole of the assembled tripod stand.
2. Secure the light unit to the stand using the provided mounting hardware. Ensure it is firmly attached and cannot wobble.

5.3. Power Connection

1. Ensure the power switch on the light unit is in the OFF position.
2. Connect the provided power cable to the power input on the rear of the light unit.
3. Plug the other end of the power cable into a suitable AC 110V grounded power outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

Once set up, follow these steps to operate your LED Follow Spot Light:

1. Power On: Flip the power switch to the ON position. The light will illuminate.
2. Adjusting Aperture: Rotate the Aperture Control Knob to adjust the size of the light beam. Turning it clockwise will typically narrow the beam, while counter-clockwise will widen it.
3. Adjusting Pattern/Focus: Rotate the Pattern Control Knob to adjust the focus and clarity of the projected light. This allows for sharp or soft edges depending on your requirement.
4. Color Selection: The unit supports 5 + white split colors. Manually insert the desired color filter into the designated slot on the front of the unit.
5. Using with Fog: For enhanced visual effects, the light can be used in conjunction with a fog machine. The light beam becomes more visible and dramatic in a foggy environment.
6. Power Off: When finished, flip the power switch to the OFF position and disconnect the power cable from the outlet.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your unit.

• Cleaning the Lens: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild lens cleaning solution to gently wipe the front lens. Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the lens.
• Cleaning the Housing: Wipe the exterior housing with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.
• Fan and Ventilation: Periodically check the cooling fan and ventilation openings for dust accumulation. Use compressed air to clear any blockages. Ensure the fan is operating freely.
• Storage: When not in use, store the unit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It is recommended to store it in its original packaging or a protective case.
