3. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Placement: Place the mixer on a stable, level, and dry surface capable of supporting its weight. Ensure adequate clearance around the mixer for ventilation and operation.

General Operation

  1. Ensure the mixer is plugged into a suitable power outlet.
  2. Add ingredients to the stainless steel bowl.
  3. Select the desired speed using the speed control lever.
  4. Press the START button to begin mixing.
  5. To stop the mixer, press the STOP button.
  6. Always turn off the mixer and unplug it before changing attachments, scraping the bowl, or removing the bowl.
