1. Product Overview

3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your feeder for use. For a visual guide, please refer to the official setup video below.

3.1. Initial Assembly

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove the feeder unit and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Install Desiccant Bag: Open the food tank lid by pressing the release button. Peel off the outer packing of the desiccant bag and place it into the built-in desiccant box located on the underside of the lid. This helps keep food fresh and crunchy.
3. Reattach Food Tank Lid: Securely install the food tank lid back onto the main unit.
4. Assemble Food Tray: Attach the tray holder and isolation plate to the dual food bowl base. Insert the stainless steel bowls into the base.
5. Install 2-Way Splitter: Insert the 2-way splitter into the dispenser opening on the main unit.
6. Attach Food Tray: Align the assembled food tray with the main feeder unit and slide it into place.

3.2. Power Supply

The feeder supports dual power supply for continuous operation.

• USB-C Adapter: Connect the provided 5V USB-C adapter to the port on the underside of the feeder and plug it into a wall outlet.
• Battery Backup: For power outages, install 3 alkaline D-cell batteries (not included) into the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit.
• Power Switch: Turn on the power switch located on the bottom of the feeder. The LCD screen will illuminate.

3.3. Adjustable Height Setup

The feeder comes with short (1 inch) and tall (2 inch) risers to adjust the bowl height according to your pet's needs. This promotes healthy eating postures.

1. Attach Bottom Pads: Stick the provided bottom pads to the designated spots on the underside of the feeder.
2. Install Risers: Screw the desired short or tall risers into the corresponding holes on the bottom of the feeder.

4. Operating Instructions

The feeder's control panel features an LCD screen and several buttons for programming. Ensure the screen is unlocked before making changes.

4.1. Unlock the Screen

To unlock the screen, press and hold the Lock button for 3 seconds. The lock icon on the screen will disappear.

4.2. Set the Current Time

1. With the screen unlocked, press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds until the hour display flashes.
2. Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons to adjust the hour.
3. Press the SET button to switch to minute adjustment. Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons to adjust the minute.
4. Press the SET button again to save the current time.

4.3. Set the Number of Meals Per Day

1. With the screen unlocked, press the SET button once. The "MEAL" indicator will flash.
2. Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons to select the number of meals (1-4).
3. Press the SET button to save your selection.

4.4. Set up Feeding Schedules (Time and Portion)

You can program up to 4 meals per day, with up to 9 portions per meal (1/8 cup/2 tbsp per portion).

1. After setting the number of meals, press the SET button again. The "MEAL-1" indicator will flash, and the hour for the first meal will flash.
2. Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons to set the desired hour for Meal 1.
3. Press SET to move to minute adjustment, then use Up (▲) and Down (▼) to set the minutes.
4. Press SET to move to portion adjustment. Use Up (▲) and Down (▼) to set the number of portions (1-9).
5. Press SET to save Meal 1 settings and move to Meal 2. Repeat the process for all desired meals (Meal 2, Meal 3, Meal 4).
6. After setting the last meal, press SET to exit programming mode.

4.5. Record a Meal Call

You can record a 10-second personalized voice message that plays during feeding times.

1. Unlock the screen by pressing and holding the Lock button for 3 seconds.
2. Long press the Microphone button until you hear a "di" sound. This indicates recording has started. Keep holding the button while recording your message (up to 10 seconds).
3. Release the Microphone button when finished. You will hear a "didi" sound, indicating the recording is complete.
4. If you are not satisfied with the recording, repeat the steps to replace the previous message.

4.6. Clear Voice Recording

To delete a previously recorded voice message:

1. Ensure the screen is unlocked.
2. Long press the Microphone button and immediately release it. You will hear a "didi" sound, indicating the recording has been cleared.

4.7. Manual Feeding

To dispense a portion of food outside of the scheduled feeding times:

1. Unlock the screen by pressing and holding the Lock button for 3 seconds.
2. Press the FEED button. One portion of food will be dispensed.

5.1. Cleaning the Feeder

• Food Tank and Bowls: The food tank and stainless steel bowls are removable for easy cleaning. Hand wash these components with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling.
• Main Unit: Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the main unit in water.
• Desiccant Bag: Replace the desiccant bag periodically (search "B0BG3Z6XX6" for replacements) to maintain food freshness.

• Feeder Not Dispensing Food:
