1. Introduction

This intelligent device is designed to simplify your home cleaning routine by offering powerful vacuuming, efficient mopping, and smart navigation. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper operation and maintenance.

The Laresar Evol 3 features a 4500Pa suction power, 3-in-1 cleaning capabilities (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping), an ultra-slim design, and a long 180-minute battery life. It supports multiple control methods including app, remote, and voice commands via Alexa or Google Home.

2. Safety Information

To reduce the risk of injury or damage, read these safety instructions carefully and keep them handy for future reference.

• Do not use the robot in wet environments or near liquids.
• Keep the robot away from open flames or heat sources.
• Ensure all cables, curtains, and small objects are cleared from the floor to prevent entanglement.
• Do not allow children or pets to play with the robot.
• Use only the original charging dock and power adapter.

4. Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the main parts of your Laresar Evol 3 robot vacuum.

4.1 Robot Top View

• Power Button: Press to start/pause cleaning.
• Home Button: Press to send the robot back to the charging dock.
• Dustbin Release Button: To remove the dustbin.

4.2 Robot Bottom View

• Side Brushes: Collect dust from edges and corners.
• Main Roller Brush: For deep cleaning of various floor types.
• Driving Wheels: Allow the robot to move.
• Charging Contacts: Connect with the charging dock.
• Cliff Sensors: Prevent the robot from falling down stairs.
• Universal Wheel: Provides omnidirectional movement.

4.3 Dustbin and Water Tank

• Dustbin: Collects dry debris. Capacity: 450ml.
• Water Tank: Holds water for mopping. Capacity: 250ml.
• HEPA Filter: Filters fine dust particles.

5. Setup

5.1 Charging Dock Placement

Place the charging dock against a wall in an open, uncluttered area. Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of the dock. Plug in the power adapter.

5.2 Initial Charging

Place the robot on the charging dock, ensuring the charging contacts align. The robot will automatically begin charging. For first-time use, fully charge the robot for at least 6 hours.

5.3 Installing Side Brushes

Press the side brushes onto the square posts on the bottom of the robot until they click into place.

5.4 App Connection (Optional)

Download the "Laresmart" app from your mobile app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot to your home Wi-Fi network. This enables advanced features like scheduling, cleaning mode selection, and real-time monitoring.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Starting/Pausing/Stopping Cleaning

• Start: Press the Power button on the robot or the "Clean" button on the remote/app.
• Pause: Press the Power button again during cleaning.
• Stop: Press the Home button to send the robot back to the charging dock, or turn off the robot via the app.

6.2 Cleaning Modes

The Evol 3 supports multiple cleaning modes:

• Auto Cleaning: The robot intelligently navigates and cleans the entire area.
• Spot Cleaning: Cleans a specific area more intensely.
• Edge Cleaning: Focuses on cleaning along walls and furniture edges.
• Vacuum & Mop: Simultaneously vacuums and mops the floor. Ensure the water tank is filled and the mop cloth is attached.

6.3 Auto Carpet Boost

The robot automatically detects carpets and increases suction power for deeper cleaning on carpeted surfaces. This feature ensures optimal cleaning performance across different floor types.

6.4 Using Magnetic Boundary Strips

Use the included magnetic strips to create virtual boundaries that the robot will not cross. Place the strip flat on the floor in areas you want the robot to avoid, such as pet feeding areas or delicate zones.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your robot vacuum.

7.1 Emptying the Dustbin

Press the dustbin release button, pull out the dustbin, and empty its contents into a trash bin. It is recommended to empty the dustbin after each cleaning cycle.

7.2 Cleaning the Filter

Remove the HEPA filter from the dustbin. Tap it gently to remove loose dirt. The filter can be rinsed with water; ensure it is completely dry before re-installing. Replace the filter every 3-6 months depending on usage.

7.3 Cleaning the Water Tank and Mop Cloth

After mopping, empty any remaining water from the tank. Remove the mop cloth and rinse it thoroughly. The mop cloth can be machine washed. Allow both to air dry completely before re-assembly.

7.4 Cleaning Brushes

• Main Roller Brush: Remove the brush cover and lift out the main brush. Use the cleaning tool to cut and remove any tangled hair or debris.
• Side Brushes: Pull off the side brushes. Remove any hair or debris. If brushes are worn, replace them.

7.5 Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts

Wipe the cliff sensors, wall sensors, and charging contacts on both the robot and the charging dock with a clean, dry cloth. This ensures proper navigation and charging.
