2. Important Safety Information

• Temperature Limits: The maximum ambient temperature must not exceed 40°C, and the minimum temperature must not be below -5°C. The average temperature within 24 hours must not exceed 35°C.

• Humidity: If the maximum temperature reaches 40°C, the relative humidity at the installation site should not exceed 50%. If the temperature is -5°C, the relative humidity can be higher, for example, 90% at 25°C.

4. Setup and Installation

The YWBL-WH Automatic Transfer Switch is designed for rail mounting within a PZ30 distribution box. Professional installation is highly recommended to ensure correct wiring and safe operation.

4.1 Mounting

1. Ensure all power to the distribution box is disconnected at the main breaker.
2. Mount the ATS securely onto the DIN rail within the PZ30 distribution box.
3. Verify that the switch is firmly attached and does not wobble.

4.2 Wiring

Refer to the wiring diagram provided on the device and consult a qualified electrician for proper connection. The device supports two power inputs (Normal Power A and Reverse Power B) and provides output to the load.

5. Operating Instructions

The Automatic Transfer Switch offers both automatic and manual operation modes.

5.1 Automatic Mode

1. Set the selector switch on the front panel to the 'Auto' position.
2. In this mode, the ATS will automatically monitor the main power supply (Normal Power A).
3. If Normal Power A fails or becomes abnormal, the ATS will automatically switch the load to the standby power supply (Reverse Power B) within milliseconds.
4. When Normal Power A is restored, the ATS will automatically switch the load back to Normal Power A.

5.2 Manual Mode

1. Set the selector switch on the front panel to the 'Manual' position.
2. In manual mode, you can manually select between Power A and Power B using the toggle switch.
3. This mode is typically used for testing, maintenance, or in situations where automatic switching is not desired.
