Setup
Charging the Smartwatch
Before first use, fully charge the smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a power adapter (not included) or computer USB port.
Charging Time: Approximately 1.5 hours for a full charge.
Battery Life: 5-7 days of typical use, up to 15+ days in standby.

App Installation and Pairing
To unlock the full features of your smartwatch, download the "FitCloudPro" app on your smartphone.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
- Scan the QR code below or search for "FitCloudPro" in your phone's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).
- Download and install the "FitCloudPro" app.
- Open the app, go to "Device" or "My Device", and add your smartwatch by searching for "ST2" or "AS-ST2A-DE".

Bluetooth Call Function Setup
For the Bluetooth calling feature, a second Bluetooth connection is required.
- On your smartwatch, enable the audio function (usually found in settings or by swiping down/up on the watch face).
- On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and search for "Audio_ST2".
- Connect to "Audio_ST2".
- Once connected, you can make and receive calls directly from your smartwatch.

Operating Instructions
Basic Navigation
The smartwatch features a 1.32-inch HD full touch screen.
- Swipe Up/Down: Access quick settings or notifications.
- Swipe Left/Right: Navigate through main functions and widgets.
- Press Side Button (Top): Power on/off, return to home screen.
- Rotate Side Button (Bottom): Change watch faces or scroll through menus.

Bluetooth Calling and Message Notifications
After successful Bluetooth connection, the watch can:
- Make/Receive Calls: Use the built-in microphone and speaker. You can add up to 10 contacts and view call records.
- Receive Notifications: Get alerts for SMS, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media apps. The watch will vibrate for incoming notifications.

Health Monitoring

Water Resistance
The smartwatch has an IP67 water resistance rating. This means it can withstand daily splashes, rain, and brief immersion.
Important Note:
Do not immerse the watch in water for extended periods, use it for swimming, or expose it to hot water or steam (e.g., showers, saunas). Water damage due to improper use is not covered under warranty.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the watch and straps with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.
- Avoid Chemicals: Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents, as they may damage the watch's finish or internal components.
- Storage: Store the watch in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Strap Replacement: The watch comes with two interchangeable straps (metal and silicone). To replace, locate the quick-release pins on the underside of the strap and gently slide them to detach. Attach the new strap by aligning the pins with the holes on the watch lugs and releasing the pins.

Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
- Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charger for at least 10 minutes.
- Cannot connect to app:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Make sure the watch is within Bluetooth range.
- Restart both the watch and your phone.
- Check if the "FitCloudPro" app has necessary permissions enabled on your phone.
- Forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again through the app.
- Bluetooth call not working:
- Ensure both "ST2" and "Audio_ST2" are connected in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Check if the audio function is enabled on the watch.
- Notifications not received:
- Ensure the watch is connected to the app.
- Check app notification permissions on your phone.
- Verify that notifications are enabled within the "FitCloudPro" app for specific applications.
- Ensure "Do Not Disturb" mode is not active on the watch or phone.
- Inaccurate health data:
- Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too loose or too tight.
- Avoid excessive movement during measurements.
- Remember that health data is for reference only and not for medical purposes.
- Screen unresponsive: Try restarting the watch by pressing and holding the power button. If unresponsive, allow the battery to drain completely and then recharge.
