Setup and Installation

This video demonstrates the step-by-step assembly process for a VIVO dual monitor desk mount, including attaching the clamp, installing the arms, and mounting the monitors. While the video references model STAND-V002, the assembly procedure is largely identical for the STAND-V032.

Step 1: Attach Desk Clamp to Pole

Loosen the knob on the C-clamp.
Insert the main pole into the clamp.
Tighten the knob to secure the pole to the clamp.
Position the clamp on your desktop (up to 3.25" thick) and tighten the knob until the assembly is firmly secured. Ensure your desktop is flat and has a straight edge for proper clamping.

Step 2: Install Swivel Arm and Cable Clips

Slide the swivel arm assembly onto the main pole at your desired height.
Secure the swivel arm in place using the provided Allen wrench.
Place the pole cap atop the main pole.
Attach the pole cable clip to the main pole and the arm cable clips to the swivel arms. These will be used for cable management.

Step 3: Attach VESA Plates to Monitors

Attach the VESA plates to the back of your monitors using the appropriate screws. Ensure your monitors have VESA 75x75mm or 100x100mm mounting holes.
Carefully slide the monitors (with attached VESA plates) onto the ends of the swivel arms.
Secure the monitors in place using the provided cap nuts.

Operating Instructions

The VIVO Dual Monitor Desk Mount offers extensive adjustability to optimize your viewing experience and ergonomic posture.

Height Adjustment

To adjust the height of both monitors simultaneously, loosen the screws on the swivel arm assembly where it attaches to the main pole.
Slide the entire arm assembly up or down the pole to your desired height.
Tighten the screws firmly to secure the arms in the new position.

Tilt, Swivel, and Rotation

Tilt: The adjustable brackets allow for a tilt range of +90° to -90°. Loosen the tilt adjustment screw behind the VESA plate, adjust the monitor to the desired angle, and then re-tighten.
Swivel: Monitors can swivel 180° (90° left, 90° right) at the arm joints. Gently push or pull the monitor to achieve the desired angle.
Rotation: Monitors can rotate 360° for portrait or landscape orientation. Simply turn the monitor to the preferred orientation.

Cable Management

Utilize the provided cable clips along the arms and main pole to route and organize your monitor cables. This helps maintain a clean and clutter-free workspace.

Troubleshooting

Monitors are not level: Ensure the VESA plates are securely attached to the monitors and the arms are tightened evenly. Minor adjustments can be made by slightly loosening and re-tightening the arm joints.
Monitors sag or drift: Verify that all adjustment screws, especially those for tilt and height, are tightened sufficiently. The mount is designed for solid steel construction to prevent drift.
Mount feels unstable: Double-check that the desk clamp is securely fastened to the desktop and that the desktop thickness is within the specified range (up to 3.25 inches).
Cables are messy: Utilize all provided cable clips to route and secure cables along the arms and pole.
