Setup

1. Initial Use and Charging

1. Upon first use, remove all protective films from the earbuds, including any red separation film on the charging contacts.
2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. Reopen the lid; the earbuds will power on.
3. Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided Type-C cable. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours. The charging case has a battery capacity of 350mAh, and each earbud has a 45mAh battery.

2. Dongle Connection (for Gaming Devices)

For gaming consoles (e.g., PlayStation) or PCs, use the included USB-C dongle for optimal low-latency performance. On first use, the earbuds are set to dongle mode by default.

1. Open the charging case with the earbuds inside.
2. Insert the USB-C dongle into an available USB-C port on your gaming device. If your device only has USB-A ports, use the provided USB-A adapter.
3. Once paired, the dongle's light will remain solid.
4. If the dongle light is still blinking, ensure the earbuds are in dongle mode. Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds to switch between dongle and Bluetooth modes.
5. If the dongle light is solid but there is no sound, check your device's sound settings to ensure "SW4 Pro" is selected as the audio output.

3. Bluetooth Connection (for Mobile Devices)

For connecting to smartphones, tablets, or other Bluetooth-enabled devices:

1. Ensure the earbuds are in Bluetooth mode. If they are in dongle mode, press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds to switch.
2. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device.
3. Search for available devices and select "SW4 Pro" to pair.
4. Once connected, the earbuds are ready for use.

Note: When earbuds are in Bluetooth mode, audio from the dongle-connected device will not work. Conversely, when in dongle mode, Bluetooth audio will not work. Ensure the correct mode is selected for your current device.

Operating Instructions

1. Dual-Mode Design (Gaming & Music)

The earbuds feature a dual-mode design to optimize audio for different uses:

• Gaming Mode: Activates ultra-low latency (35ms) for synchronized audio and video, crucial for competitive gaming.

To switch between modes, press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.

2. Dual-Devices Connection

To connect to a second device (e.g., phone) via Bluetooth while already connected via dongle:
