1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the binROC Conical Burr Coffee Grinder. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new coffee grinder. Please read these instructions thoroughly before first use and retain for future reference.
2. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.

3. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the components of your binROC Conical Burr Coffee Grinder:

- Lid: Covers the bean hopper.

4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the bean hopper lid, bean hopper, grinding chamber, and grinding chamber lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The main unit should be wiped with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Assemble: Place the bean hopper onto the main unit, ensuring it clicks into place. Insert the grinding chamber with its lid into the designated slot.
- Placement: Place the grinder on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure it is away from heat sources and water.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
- Add Coffee Beans: Open the bean hopper lid and pour whole roasted coffee beans into the hopper. Do not overfill. Close the lid securely.

The grinder offers 48 adjustable settings, ranging from fine (for Espresso) to coarse (for French Press). Refer to the markings on the hopper for guidance.

- Espresso: Settings 1-16 (Fine)
- Pour Over/Drip: Settings 16-32 (Medium)

- Select Cup Quantity: Use the cup selection knob on the control panel to choose the desired number of cups (2-12 cups). The grinder will automatically stop once the selected quantity is ground.

The grinder will operate until the selected quantity is reached or until you press the button again to stop manually.
- Anti-static Feature: This grinder incorporates anti-static technology to minimize coffee grounds clinging to the grinding chamber, ensuring a cleaner workspace.

The lid can be used to store the ground coffee temporarily.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your grinder.
- Unplug: Always unplug the grinder from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
- Clean Bean Hopper and Grinding Chamber: The bean hopper, its lid, the grinding chamber, and its lid can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
- Clean Burrs:
- Remove the bean hopper.
- Unlock the removable ring burr by rotating it counter-clockwise and lift it out.
- Use the included cleaning brush to remove any residual coffee grounds from both the removable ring burr and the lower fixed burr.

- To reassemble, align the removable ring burr and rotate clockwise until it locks into place. Reattach the bean hopper.
7. Troubleshooting
