Installation Steps:

1. Mark Screw Location Holes: Place the key safe against the desired mounting surface and use a pencil to mark the positions for the four pre-drilled holes.
2. Drill Holes: Using an appropriate drill bit for your wall type, drill four holes at the marked locations.
3. Insert Expansion Bolts: Gently tap the nylon expansion bolts into the drilled holes until they are flush with the surface.
4. Install the Key Box: Align the key safe with the holes, insert the screws through the key safe's mounting holes, and tighten them into the expansion bolts using a screwdriver until the key safe is securely fixed to the surface.

Operating Instructions

Setting Your Combination Code:

Refer to the detailed user guide included in your package for step-by-step instructions on how to set and reset your 12-digit combination code. It is crucial to record your password immediately after setting it, as there is no way to retrieve a forgotten code.

Opening the Key Safe:

To open the key safe, simply enter your correct 12-digit combination code using the push buttons. The key safe will then be easy to open.

Important Note:

If you find that the buttons are unresponsive or you have entered an incorrect code, press the 'C' button to clear the input, then re-enter your code.

  If the buttons feel stiff or unresponsive, or if the key safe does not open after entering the code, press the 'C' button to clear any previous input. Then, carefully re-enter your combination code. Ensure each button is fully pressed.

• Stiffness in Cold Weather:

  In extremely cold temperatures, the internal mechanism or buttons might become stiff. If this occurs, try warming the lockbox gently (e.g., with warm air, not direct heat) or wait for temperatures to rise. Ensure the weatherproof cover is always used to minimize exposure to extreme conditions.
