Setup
Charging the Earphones and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earphones and charging case. Connect the charging case to a power adapter or USB port on a computer using the provided USB-C cable. The charging indicator on the case will illuminate during charging.
To charge the earphones, place them into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated; the indicator lights on the earphones will turn red while charging.
Power On/Off
- Power On:
- Take the earphones out of the charging case. They will power on automatically.
- If the earphones are out of the charging case and turned off, you can turn them on by holding a finger on the touch control area for 3 seconds. Each earphone needs to be turned on separately.
- Power Off:
- Put the earphones into the charging case. They will power off automatically.
- Turn off Bluetooth on any connected or paired device, and the earphones will automatically power off after 3 minutes.
Pairing with Devices
The SHANLING MTW200 uses a Qualcomm QCC3040 Bluetooth 5.2 chip for stable and efficient wireless connectivity.

- Take the earphones out of the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode, and the indicator light will flash blue.
- Open Bluetooth settings on your phone or device. Search for and select "Shanling MTW200" from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm the connection.
- If you need to pair with a new device, ensure the earphones are disconnected from the previous device.

Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
- No Sound/Connection Issues:
- Ensure earphones are charged.

- Try re-pairing the earphones.
- Earphones Not Charging:

- Tap each earphone 5 times, then power them off. Put them back into the case.
- Take them out of the case again and hold them close to each other to re-pair them. At this point, they will flash red-blue color. It will change to blue color once they are re-paired.
- Now the earphones can be paired with your phone again.
