Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward and typically requires two adults. All necessary tools are included. Please follow these steps carefully.

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components on a clean, soft surface. Refer to the parts list in your included manual to identify each piece.
2. Assemble Headboard: Attach the headboard support legs to the main headboard panel using the provided hardware. Ensure the adjustable height mechanism is correctly aligned.

3. Attach Side Rails: Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the designated bolts. Ensure a secure and flush connection.
4. Install Center Support Beam: Place the center support beam(s) within the frame, connecting them to the headboard and footboard or side rails as indicated in the diagram.
5. Place Wooden Slats: Lay the wooden slats across the frame, ensuring they are evenly spaced and secured to the side rails or center beam. Some slats may have pre-drilled holes for alignment.

6. Assemble Storage Drawers: Assemble the four storage drawers according to the instructions, attaching the wheels to the bottom.

7. Insert Drawers: Slide the assembled storage drawers under the bed frame. The wheels allow for easy access.

8. Final Check: Double-check all connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Place your mattress on the assembled frame. The adjustable headboard accommodates mattresses between 8-12 inches in height.

Operating Instructions

The Keyluv Upholstered Bed Frame is designed for straightforward use.

• Mattress Placement: Place your King size mattress directly onto the wooden slats. A box spring is not required.
• Adjusting Headboard: The headboard height can be adjusted to best suit your mattress thickness (recommended 8-12 inches). Follow the assembly instructions for adjusting the headboard height.
• Using Storage Drawers: The four storage drawers are located underneath the bed frame. To access, simply pull the drawer outward. The wheels allow for smooth operation. Push the drawer back in until it is flush with the bed frame for a neat appearance.

Maintenance

• Upholstery Care: For the velvet upholstery, gently vacuum with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub. For stubborn stains, a mild fabric cleaner designed for velvet can be used, testing on an inconspicuous area first.
