The Victoper Headlamp features a unique 10-LED design with 22000 lumens output, offering multiple lighting modes and USB rechargeable capabilities. The accompanying Tactical Flashlight provides 2000 lumens of brightness with 5 modes and a zoomable design.

Setup and Charging
Headlamp Setup and Charging
- Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the headlamp using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the headlamp's charging port and a standard USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The charging indicator will show progress.
- Wearing the Headlamp: Adjust the elastic headband to fit comfortably and securely around your head. The headlamp unit can be tilted up to 90 degrees to direct the light beam as needed.
Tactical Flashlight Battery Installation
- Open Tail Cap: Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight.
- Insert Batteries: Insert either 3 x AAA batteries into the provided AAA battery holder, ensuring correct polarity (+/-), or one 18650 rechargeable battery (not included).
- Close Tail Cap: Screw the tail cap back on securely.
Operating Instructions
Operating the Headlamp
- Power On/Off: Press the main power button on the headlamp to turn it on. Press again to cycle through modes. Press and hold to turn off.
- Front Light Modes: The headlamp features 8 front light modes: Main Light, Auxiliary Light, Both-On, Both-Strobe, Side Light, Side Weak Light, Side Red Light, and Side Strobe Red Light. Short press the power button to cycle through these modes.
- Taillight Modes: The red taillight on the battery pack has 2 modes: Red Light (steady) and Strobe Red Light (flashing). These modes operate independently or in conjunction with the front light, typically controlled by a separate button or by cycling through modes.
- Angle Adjustment: The headlamp unit can be manually tilted up or down by up to 90 degrees to adjust the beam angle.
Operating the Tactical Flashlight
- Power On/Off: Press the power button on the tail cap to turn the flashlight on or off.
- Mode Selection: With the flashlight on, lightly press the power button (without clicking) to cycle through the 5 modes: Low, Medium, High, SOS, and Strobe. A full click will turn the flashlight off.
- Zoom Function: Extend the head of the flashlight outwards to narrow the beam for a spotlight effect (long distance). Push the head inwards to widen the beam for a floodlight effect (near distance).
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the devices with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the headlamp and flashlight in a cool, dry place when not in use. If storing for extended periods, ensure the headlamp is fully charged and remove batteries from the flashlight to prevent leakage.
- Battery Care (Headlamp): Recharge the headlamp regularly, even if not frequently used, to maintain battery health.
- Battery Care (Flashlight): Replace AAA batteries when brightness diminishes. If using 18650 rechargeable batteries, follow manufacturer guidelines for charging and care.
