Setup & Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation of your Peteme Smart LED Recessed Lights:

1. Turn off Power: Before starting, ensure the power supply to the installation area is completely turned off at the circuit breaker.
2. Cut a Hole: Cut a 150mm (approximately 6 inches) diameter hole in the ceiling at the desired location for each light.
3. Wiring: Connect the household wiring to the junction box. Match the wires by color: green with green (ground), black with black (live), and white with white (neutral). Secure connections with wire nuts.
4. Connect Light to Junction Box: Plug the light's connector cable into the corresponding port on the junction box.
5. Insert Junction Box: Carefully push the wired junction box into the ceiling hole.
6. Install Light Fixture: Fold the spring clips on the light fixture upwards and push the light into the ceiling hole until it sits flush.
7. Restore Power: Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker.

App Installation & Connection

To unlock the full smart features of your Peteme lights, download and connect them to the Smart Life app:

1. Download App: Download the "Smart Life" app from your smartphone's app store (available on iOS and Android).
2. Register/Login: Open the app and register for a new account or log in if you already have one.
3. Add Device: In the app, select the option to add a new device. Choose "Automatic Search" or manually select "Lighting" then "Recessed Light (Wi-Fi)".
4. Connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The app will guide you through connecting the lights to your home Wi-Fi.
5. Pairing: The lights should blink to indicate pairing mode. Follow the in-app instructions to complete the pairing process.
6. Group Control: Once connected, you can create groups for multiple lights to control them simultaneously.

Operating Instructions

1. Color & Brightness Control

Use the Smart Life app to adjust the lighting to your preference:

• RGB Colors: Choose from 16 million colors to create any ambiance.
• White Light: Adjust color temperature from 2700K (warm white) to 6500K (cool white).
• Dimming: Smoothly dim the lights from 1% to 100% brightness. Note: Dimming is only supported via the app, not traditional dimmer switches.

2. Voice Control
