Key Features

  • Precise Japan Quartz Movement with an accuracy of +/-20 seconds per month.
  • Durable Stainless Steel Case and Fold Over Deployment Clasp.
  • Mineral Crystal for enhanced scratch resistance.
  • Date Display function.
  • Luminous Hands with Silver Tone Markers for visibility in low light.
  • Case Size: 43.5 mm Diameter, 9.2 mm Thickness.
  • Water Resistant up to 50 meters (5 ATM).

Setup

Setting the Time

  1. Pull the crown out to the second click position. The second hand will stop.
  2. Rotate the crown to move the hour and minute hands to the desired time. Ensure the AM/PM setting is correct if your watch has a 24-hour indicator or if setting the date.
  3. Push the crown back in to the normal position. The second hand will resume movement.

Setting the Date

  1. Pull the crown out to the first click position.
  2. Rotate the crown to set the date. Do not set the date between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM, as this may cause the date to not change correctly the next day.
  3. Push the crown back in to the normal position.

Adjusting the Bracelet

The stainless steel bracelet can be adjusted for a comfortable fit. This typically involves removing or adding links. It is recommended to have this adjustment performed by a qualified jeweler or watch technician to prevent damage to the bracelet or clasp.

Operating Instructions

Timekeeping

Once the time and date are set, the watch will accurately display the current time and date. The second hand moves in one-second intervals. The luminous hands and markers provide visibility in low-light conditions after exposure to light.

Water Resistance (50 Meters / 5 ATM)

Your watch is water resistant to 50 meters. This means it is suitable for everyday use, showering, and swimming in shallow water. It is not suitable for diving or snorkeling. To maintain water resistance:

  • Do not operate the crown while the watch is wet or submerged in water.
  • Avoid exposing the watch to hot water or steam, as this can compromise the seals.
  • If the watch is exposed to saltwater, rinse it thoroughly with fresh water and wipe it dry.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the watch case and bracelet periodically with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and moisture. For stainless steel, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners or abrasive materials.

Battery Replacement

The watch is powered by a nonstandard battery (included). When the battery runs low, the watch may stop or the second hand may move erratically. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and function. The typical battery life is approximately 3 years.

Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store your watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong magnetic fields.

Troubleshooting

  • Watch not running: Check if the crown is pushed in completely. If it is, the battery may need replacement.
  • Incorrect time/date: Refer to the 'Setting the Time' and 'Setting the Date' sections to reset.
  • Condensation inside the crystal: This indicates a loss of water resistance. Stop using the watch immediately and have it inspected by a professional service center.
  • Bracelet discomfort: Ensure the bracelet is properly adjusted. If links need to be added or removed, consult a jeweler.
