4. Product Overview

5. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the neck fan and all accessories from the packaging.
- Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the provided Type-C cable to either of the charging ports on the fan and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours.
- Wear the Device: Place the neck fan around your neck. The soft silicone covers on both sides ensure comfortable contact with your skin. Adjust its position so the cooling plate at the back makes good contact with your neck.

6. Operating Instructions
The LEMOISTAR neck fan features independent controls for the fan and cooling functions.
- Power ON/OFF: Long press either the FAN button or the COOL button to turn the device ON or OFF.
- Fan Speed Adjustment: Short press the FAN button repeatedly to cycle through 3 fan speeds (Low, Medium, High). The fan speed indicator lights will illuminate accordingly.
- Cooling Mode Activation: Short press the COOL button repeatedly to activate or deactivate the semiconductor cooling mode. The cooling indicator light will illuminate when active.
Note: The cooling mode will automatically shut off after one hour of continuous operation to conserve battery and prevent excessive cooling.

The device is powered by a built-in 4000mAh rechargeable lithium polymer battery.
- Charging Time: Approximately 3.5 hours for a full charge using a 5V/2A Type-C power source.
