4. Setup

4.1 Power Supply

The PRUNUS J-120 can be powered by its internal rechargeable battery or directly from an AC outlet.

• AC Power: Connect the provided AC power cord to the radio's AC input port and plug the other end into a standard wall outlet.
• Rechargeable Battery: The radio has a built-in 1800mAh rechargeable battery. To charge, connect the USB charging cable to the radio's DC 5V port and a USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter).

4.2 Antenna Adjustment

For optimal radio reception, extend the telescopic antenna fully and rotate it 360 degrees to find the best signal. For AM reception, the internal antenna is generally sufficient, but adjusting the radio's orientation may improve signal quality.

5.1 Basic Controls
