4. Setup and Assembly
The Dskeuzeew A1F-6 Walking Pad Treadmill comes largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps to prepare it for use:
- Unpacking: Remove the treadmill and all accessories from the packaging.
- Placement: Place the treadmill on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is sufficient clear space around it for safe operation.
- Unfolding (if applicable): If your model has a foldable handlebar, carefully lift and secure it into the upright position using the locking buttons/knobs. Refer to Figure 3.3 for component identification.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
This section details how to operate your Dskeuzeew A1F-6 Walking Pad Treadmill using the remote control and understanding the display.
5.1 Remote Control Functions

- Power Button: Press to turn the treadmill ON or OFF.
- Start/Pause Button: Press to start or pause your workout.
- Speed +/- Buttons: Adjust the speed of the running belt. Increase speed with '+' and decrease with '-'.
- Mode Button (M): Cycle through different display modes or preset programs (if available).
5.2 Starting a Workout
- Ensure the treadmill is plugged in and the safety clip is attached to your clothing and the treadmill.
- Stand on the side rails of the treadmill, not on the running belt.
- Press the Power button on the remote control. The display will light up.
- Press the Start/Pause button. The belt will begin to move at a low speed.
- Carefully step onto the running belt and gradually increase the speed using the '+' button to your desired pace.
5.3 Stopping a Workout
- To pause, press the Start/Pause button. The belt will slow down and stop.
- To stop completely, press the Power button. The display will turn off.
- In case of emergency, pull the safety clip from the treadmill. The treadmill will stop immediately.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your treadmill.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the treadmill with a damp cloth after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Lubrication: The running belt may require lubrication periodically (every 3-6 months depending on usage). Refer to the accessory pack for lubricant and specific instructions.
- Belt Adjustment: If the running belt becomes off-center or slips, it may need adjustment. Use the provided Allen wrench to turn the rear roller bolts slightly until the belt is centered and tensioned correctly.
- Storage: When not in use, unplug the treadmill and store it in a dry, cool place. The folding design allows for convenient storage under furniture (see Figure 4.1).
