Charging the Shaver:
- Ensure the shaver is turned off.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the shaver's charging port.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, laptop, USB charger, power bank).
- The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour.
- Once fully charged, the blue light will remain on. Disconnect the shaver from the power source.

Battery Indicator:
- Blue Light: Indicates the shaver is operating, connected to charging, or fully charged.
- Red Light: Indicates the battery level is lower than 15%. Recharge the shaver promptly.
Operating Instructions
Turning On/Off and Travel Lock:
- To Turn On/Off: Press the On/Off button once.
- To Activate Travel Lock: Hold the On/Off switch for 3 seconds. The shaver will lock in the off position to prevent accidental activation.
- To Deactivate Travel Lock: Hold the On/Off switch for 3 seconds again.

Shaving Techniques:
The VGR V-319 can be used for both dry and wet shaving.
- Dry Shaving: For a quick and convenient shave, ensure your face is clean and dry. Move the shaver in small, circular motions against the direction of hair growth.
- Wet Shaving: For a smoother and more refreshing shave, apply shaving foam or gel to your face. Move the shaver in small, circular motions. The IPX6 waterproof design allows for safe use in the shower.

For optimal results, stretch your skin slightly with your free hand to make the hairs stand upright.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene of your VGR V-319 Electric Shaver.
Daily Cleaning:
- Turn off the shaver.
- Gently pull the shaver head assembly upwards to detach it from the main body. The magnetic suction allows for easy removal.
- Rinse the shaver head under warm running water. You can also rinse the main body of the shaver as it is IPX6 waterproof.
- Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any stubborn hair clippings from the blades and the shaver body.
- Allow all parts to air dry completely before reattaching the shaver head and placing the protective cap.
Deep Cleaning (Periodically):
For a more thorough clean, you can carefully remove the individual rotary blades from the shaver head assembly and rinse them separately. Ensure they are reassembled correctly before reattaching the head.
Important: Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or harsh chemicals to clean the shaver, as this may damage the finish or internal components.
