2. Setup and Installation
2.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove the safe from its packaging. Inspect the safe for any signs of damage. Ensure all included components are present: 2 emergency keys, 4 expansion bolts, 1 external battery box, 1 fireproof safe, and 1 user manual.
2.2 Battery Installation
The safe requires batteries for the digital keypad to function. Locate the battery compartment, typically on the inside of the door or behind the keypad. Insert the required batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings. The intelligent light will briefly illuminate upon successful battery installation.
2.3 Mounting the Safe
For enhanced security, it is highly recommended to securely mount the safe to a wall, closet, or floor using the provided expansion bolts. Choose a discreet and secure location. The safe has pre-drilled holes in the back for mounting.
- Position the safe in the desired location and mark the drilling points through the pre-drilled holes.
- Drill holes into the wall/floor at the marked points, ensuring appropriate drill bit size for the expansion bolts.
- Align the safe with the drilled holes and insert the expansion bolts.
- Tighten the bolts securely to fasten the safe in place.

3.2 Setting/Changing Passcode
Refer to the detailed instructions provided in the included user manual (PDF) for specific steps on how to set or change your personal digital pass code. It is crucial to choose a strong, memorable code and keep it confidential.
3.3 Anti-Theft Alarm System & Silent Mode
The safe is equipped with an anti-theft alarm system. If an incorrect password is entered 3 times consecutively, the system will lock for 20 seconds. If the incorrect password is entered 6 times consecutively, it will lock for 5 minutes. This feature enhances security by deterring unauthorized access.
For situations requiring discreet operation, the safe can be set to silent mode. This mutes the keypad beeps and alarm sounds. Consult the detailed user manual (PDF) for instructions on activating and deactivating silent mode.

3.4 Intelligent Light Design

This feature allows for easy visibility of contents, even in low-light conditions. A red indicator light will also alert you when the battery level is low.
3.5 Removable Shelf
The safe includes a removable shelf, allowing you to customize the interior space to accommodate items of various sizes. To remove or re-position the shelf, simply lift it from its supports.

4. Maintenance
4.1 General Care
To maintain the appearance and functionality of your safe, wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the safe is kept in a dry environment to prevent moisture damage.
4.2 Battery Replacement
When the low battery indicator light illuminates, replace the batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation of the digital keypad. Use the same type and number of batteries as originally installed. If the batteries completely drain, use the external battery box or the override key to open the safe.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Safe Does Not Open with Passcode
- Ensure batteries are correctly installed and not depleted. Replace batteries if the low battery indicator is on.
- Verify that the correct passcode is being entered, followed by the "#" button.
- If the safe is locked due to multiple incorrect attempts, wait for the lockout period to expire (20 seconds or 5 minutes).
- If the batteries are dead, use the external battery box to power the keypad or use the override key.
5.2 Keypad Not Responding
- Check battery installation and replace batteries if necessary.
- Ensure the external battery box is properly connected if being used.
5.3 Alarm Sounds Unexpectedly
- This indicates multiple incorrect passcode entries. Ensure only authorized users are attempting to access the safe.
- If the alarm is triggered by accidental input, simply enter the correct passcode to disarm it.
