1. Important Safety Instructions

• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Only use the original power adapter provided by the manufacturer.
• Do not operate the robot in environments with open flames or explosive materials.
• Ensure the charging dock is placed on a level surface against a wall, with clear space around it.
• Remove any loose cables, small objects, or fragile items from the floor before operation to prevent entanglement or damage.

3. Setup Guide

3.1 Charging Dock Placement

1. Place the charging dock against a wall on a hard, level surface.
2. Ensure there is at least 1 meter (3 feet) of clear space on both sides of the dock and 2 meters (6.5 feet) in front of it. This allows the robot to easily locate and return to the dock.
3. Connect the power adapter to the charging dock and plug it into a wall outlet. Ensure the power indicator on the dock illuminates.

3.2 Initial Charging

1. Place the robot onto the charging dock, ensuring the charging contacts on the robot align with those on the dock.
2. The robot's indicator light will show charging status. For first use, charge the robot for at least 6 hours or until fully charged.

3.3 App Connection (Optional)

For enhanced control and scheduling features, download the XIEBro app from your smartphone's app store.

1. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
2. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your HR101 robot.
3. The app will guide you through connecting the robot to your home Wi-Fi network.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Starting and Pausing Cleaning

• Manual Start: Press the power button on the robot or the 'Start' button on the remote control/app.
• Pause: Press the power button again or the 'Pause' button on the remote control/app.

4.2 Cleaning Modes

The HR101 offers various cleaning modes to suit different needs:

• Auto Cleaning: The robot intelligently navigates and cleans the entire accessible area.
• Spot Cleaning: The robot cleans a specific area more intensely, ideal for concentrated dirt.
• Edge Cleaning: The robot cleans along walls and furniture edges.
• Scheduled Cleaning: Set specific times for cleaning via the app.

4.3 Mopping Function

1. Remove the dustbin and fill the water tank with clean water. Do not use cleaning solutions that may clog the water outlet.
2. Attach the mop pad securely to the water tank.
3. Reinsert the combined water tank and mop pad into the robot.
4. Select the mopping mode or a combined vacuum/mop mode via the app or remote control. You can adjust the water flow level (2 speeds) through the app.
5. The robot will now vacuum and mop simultaneously or sequentially, depending on the selected mode.

4.4 Voice Control

The HR101 is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home. Follow the instructions in the XIEBro app to link your robot to your preferred voice assistant. Once linked, you can use commands like "Alexa, turn on the robot!" or "Hey Google, start cleaning."

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your XIEBro HR101.

5.1 Emptying the Dustbin

1. Press the dustbin release button and pull out the dustbin.
2. Open the dustbin cover and empty its contents into a trash bin.

5.2 Cleaning Filters

1. Remove the high-efficiency filter and filter cotton from the dustbin.
2. Tap the filter against a trash bin to remove dust. Do not wash the high-efficiency filter with water.
3. Rinse the filter cotton with water if necessary and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.
4. Replace filters every 3-6 months, depending on usage.

5.3 Cleaning Brushes

• Main Brush: Remove the main brush cover and lift out the main brush. Use the provided cleaning tool to cut and remove any tangled hair or debris.
• Side Brushes: Gently pull off the side brushes. Remove any hair or debris. If brushes are damaged, replace them with new ones.

5.4 Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts

Wipe all sensors (cliff sensors, anti-collision sensors) and charging contacts on both the robot and the charging dock with a clean, dry cloth. This ensures proper navigation and charging.

5.5 Cleaning the Water Tank and Mop Pad

1. After mopping, empty any remaining water from the tank.
2. Rinse the water tank thoroughly with clean water.
3. Remove the mop pad and wash it by hand or machine. Allow it to air dry completely before reattaching or storing.
