1. Introduction

2. Product Components

3. Setup and Installation

3.1 SIM Card and SD Card Insertion

  3. Insert the provided Nano SIM card into the SIM card slot. Ensure it is correctly oriented.

3.2 Charging the Camera

Before initial use, fully charge the camera's internal battery using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the camera's charging port and a standard 5V USB power adapter (not included). The solar panel will provide continuous charging once installed outdoors.

3.3 Mounting the Camera and Solar Panel

Choose a location with good 4G LTE signal reception and ample sunlight exposure for the solar panel. The camera is IP65 weatherproof, suitable for outdoor use.

  1. Attach the mounting bracket to the desired surface using the provided screws.
  2. Secure the camera to the mounting bracket.

4. App Installation and Connection

The TMEZON camera operates via the UBox app, available for both Android and iOS devices.

  1. Download the UBox app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Register an account and log in.
  3. Power on the camera.
  4. In the UBox app, tap "Add Device" and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your camera. Ensure your smartphone has an active internet connection.

5. Operating the Camera

5.1 Live View and Pan/Tilt Control

Access the live feed from your camera through the UBox app. Use the on-screen controls to pan (355° horizontal) and tilt (90° vertical) the camera remotely, allowing for a comprehensive view of the monitored area.

5.2 Two-Way Audio

The camera features a built-in microphone and speaker, enabling two-way communication. Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak, and listen through the app's speaker.

  • SIM Card Data: Ensure your SIM card has sufficient data balance for continuous operation. Running out of data will prevent the camera from connecting to the network.

8. Troubleshooting

Motion detection alerts are not received.

  • Ensure motion detection is enabled in the UBox app.
  • Verify the camera has an active network connection.
Cannot replace SD card while camera is running.
