Wipe the camera body with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Gently clean the lens with a lens cleaning cloth only.
6.2 Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the camera regularly, even if not in use for extended periods. Use only the provided USB Type-C cable for charging.
6.3 Storage
Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the camera is turned off before storing.
7. Troubleshooting
- Camera will not turn on:
Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the camera to a power source using the provided USB Type-C cable and try again. - Camera not charging:
Verify that the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the camera and the power source. Ensure you are using the original cable, as some USB-C cables may not be compatible for charging this device. - Poor picture quality:
Ensure the lens is clean and free of smudges. Check lighting conditions; use the flash in dark environments. - 'Storage Full' message:
Delete unnecessary photos or videos from the Micro SD card. You can also transfer files to a computer to free up space. - No sound in videos:
Check the camera's volume settings in the menu. If the menu sounds are muted, video playback sound may also be muted. - Camera freezes or becomes unresponsive:
Press and hold the Power button for about 10 seconds to force a shutdown. If this does not work, use a thin object (like a paperclip) to press the reset button (if available, usually a small pinhole).
