3. Setup
3.1. SIM Card Installation
The Soyes D18 supports dual SIM functionality: one standard SIM card slot and one Micro SIM/Micro Memory card slot. Ensure your SIM card supports 2G GSM (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) and 3G WCDMA (B1/B5/B8) networks for cellular connectivity.
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
- Insert the SIM ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and press gently until the tray pops out.
