Front Panel Controls:

  • Power/Volume Knob: Turns the unit on/off and adjusts volume.
  • Mode Switch Knob: Selects input source (Phono, CD, Cassette, FM, Bluetooth, AUX).

Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the unit and all accessories from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future transport or storage.
  2. Placement: Place the turntable on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive dust or vibrations. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the DC IN jack on the rear of the unit, then plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.
  4. External Speaker Connection (Optional): If connecting to external speakers, use the provided RCA audio cable to connect the RCA Line Out jacks on the rear of the turntable to the audio input jacks on your amplifier or powered speakers. Ensure correct Left (white) and Right (red) connections.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Volume Control:

Rotate the Power/Volume Knob clockwise to turn the unit on and increase the volume. Rotate counter-clockwise to decrease volume and turn the unit off.

Playing Vinyl Records:

  1. Lift the dust cover.
  2. Place a record on the turntable platter. If playing a 7-inch single, place the 45 RPM adapter on the center spindle.
  3. Set the Speed Selector to the appropriate speed (33 1/3, 45, or 78 RPM) for your record.

  5. Rotate the Mode Switch Knob to 'Phono'.
  6. Carefully lift the tonearm and move it over the record. The platter will begin to spin.
  7. Gently lower the tonearm onto the desired track.
  8. At the end of the record, the tonearm will automatically return to its rest.

Playing CDs:

  1. Rotate the Mode Switch Knob to 'CD'.
  2. Press the Eject button to open the CD tray.
  3. Place a CD with the label side facing up into the tray.
  4. Press the Eject button again to close the tray. The unit will read the CD.
  5. Press the Play/Pause button to start playback.
  6. Use the Skip Forward/Backward buttons to navigate tracks.
  7. Press the Stop button to stop playback.

Playing Cassette Tapes:

  1. Rotate the Mode Switch Knob to 'Tape'.
  2. Insert a cassette tape into the cassette slot on the side of the unit. Push it in until it clicks into place.

  4. Playback will begin automatically.
  5. Use the control buttons on the front panel for Play, Stop, Fast Forward, and Rewind.
  6. To eject the tape, press the Stop button firmly.

FM Radio Operation:

  1. Rotate the Mode Switch Knob to 'FM'.
  2. Extend the FM antenna on the rear of the unit for optimal reception.
  3. Rotate the FM Tuner Dial to tune into your desired radio station.

Bluetooth Connectivity:

  1. Rotate the Mode Switch Knob to 'Bluetooth'. The Bluetooth indicator will flash, indicating pairing mode.
  2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select 'Kedok M506' (or similar name) from the list to pair.
  4. Once paired, the indicator will stop flashing, and you can stream music wirelessly to the turntable.

Vinyl/CD/Cassette to MP3 Recording:

This unit allows you to record audio from vinyl records, CDs, or cassette tapes directly to a USB flash drive or SD/MMC card in MP3 format.

  1. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port or an SD/MMC card into the corresponding slot.
  2. Select the desired source (Phono, CD, or Tape) using the Mode Switch Knob.
  3. Press the USB/SD Button to select your recording media (USB or SD).
  4. Begin playback of your chosen audio source (record, CD, or cassette).
  5. Press the Record button to start recording. The recording indicator will illuminate.
  6. Press the Record button again to stop recording. The recorded file will be saved to your USB drive or SD card.

AUX Input:

Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, smartphone) to the AUX IN jack on the rear of the unit using an auxiliary cable. Rotate the Mode Switch Knob to 'AUX' to play audio through the turntable's speakers.

Headphone Output:

Plug headphones into the Headphone Jack on the front panel for private listening. The built-in speakers will be muted automatically.

Maintenance

Proper care will ensure the longevity of your turntable:

  • Cleaning the Unit: Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Cleaning the Stylus: Gently brush the stylus from back to front with a soft brush designed for stylus cleaning.
  • Dust Cover: Keep the dust cover closed when not in use to protect the turntable from dust and debris.
  • Stylus Replacement: The stylus (needle) is a consumable part and will wear out over time. Replace it when you notice a decrease in sound quality or skipping. Consult the manufacturer's website or authorized dealers for replacement styli.
