2. Safety Information

4. Setup

4.1 Assembly

2. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. This feeder does not support 5GHz networks.
3. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to add a new device.
4. You may be prompted to reset the device for pairing. To reset, press and hold the reset button (often indicated by a play/pause symbol) on the front of the unit for approximately 7 seconds until you hear a chime or see a blue light blinking rapidly.
5. Scan the QR code provided in the app with the feeder's camera (if applicable) or manually enter your Wi-Fi password. Note that some Wi-Fi passwords may have character limitations for this device (e.g., 12 characters).
6. Once connected, the app will confirm successful pairing.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Filling the Food Container

1. Open the lid of the food hopper.
2. Pour dry pet food into the hopper. The capacity is approximately 7 liters.
3. Close the lid securely.

5.2 Setting Feeding Schedules

Use the smartphone app to program feeding times and portion sizes.

• In the app, navigate to the 'Schedule' or 'Feeding Plan' section.
• Add new feeding times. You can typically set up to 4 meals per day.
• For each meal, select the desired portion size. One portion is approximately 4-10 grams, depending on the kibble density. It is recommended to test and measure the actual output for your specific food.
• Save your settings. The feeder will automatically dispense food at the programmed times.

5.3 Manual Feeding

You can dispense food instantly using the app or the manual feed button on the device.

• Via App: Select the 'Feed Now' or 'Manual Feed' option in the app and choose the number of portions.
• Via Device: Press the manual feed button on the control panel (if available) to dispense one portion.

5.4 Voice Recording

Record a short message to call your pet at feeding times.

• In the app, find the 'Voice Recording' or 'Record Message' option.
• Record your voice message (e.g., "Time to eat!").
• The recorded message will play before each scheduled feeding.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

1. Unplug the feeder from the power outlet.
2. Remove the stainless steel bowls and wash them with soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
3. Wipe the food hopper and dispenser outlet with a damp cloth. Ensure no food residue remains.
4. Do not wash the main base unit with water. Use a dry or slightly damp cloth to clean the exterior.
5. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and plugging in the feeder.

6.2 Food Refilling

Regularly check the food level in the hopper and refill as needed to ensure continuous feeding.

7. Troubleshooting

• Feeder not dispensing food or displaying "E002" error:
  Check if the food container is properly secured to the base. Ensure there are no food blockages in the dispenser mechanism. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble the food path.
• Uneven food dispensing between dual bowls:
  It is common for dual-bowl feeders to have slight variations in dispensed amounts. If significant, consider adjusting portion sizes or using a single bowl setup if your pet's dietary needs require precise measurement.
• Wi-Fi connection failure:
  Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz signal. Try resetting the feeder by holding the reset button for 7 seconds, then attempt to reconnect via the app. Verify your Wi-Fi password is correct and meets any potential character limitations.
• Device goes offline frequently:
  Unplug the feeder from the power outlet, wait for approximately 20 minutes, then plug it back in. This often resolves temporary connectivity issues. Ensure the feeder is within good range of your Wi-Fi router.
• No power/device not turning on:
  Check the AC power adapter connection. If using battery backup, ensure batteries are correctly installed and not depleted.
• Feeder tips over easily:
