1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons.

  • Read all instructions carefully before use.

4. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the inner pot, steamer basket, and lid with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  3. Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from water sources and direct heat. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
  4. Connect Power: Insert the power cord into the appliance's power inlet, then plug the other end into a standard 110V electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

This appliance offers various cooking functions controlled by the rotary knob.

5.1 Basic Operation

  1. Ensure the appliance is properly set up and plugged in.
  2. Add desired ingredients and liquid to the inner pot. Do not overfill.
  3. Place the glass lid securely on the pot.
  4. Turn the control knob to select the desired heating mode:

5.2 Steaming Function

  1. Add an appropriate amount of water to the inner pot (ensure it does not touch the bottom of the steamer basket).
  2. Place the steamer basket into the inner pot.
  3. Arrange food items (e.g., dumplings, vegetables) in the steamer basket.
  4. Cover with the glass lid.
  5. Turn the control knob to "Upper" or "Steamboat" to bring water to a boil and generate steam.
  6. Steam until food is cooked to desired tenderness.
  7. Carefully remove the steamer basket using heat-resistant gloves.

5.3 Hot Pot / Simmering Function

  1. Add broth or water and desired ingredients (e.g., vegetables, meat, seafood) to the inner pot.
  2. Turn the control knob to "Steamboat" for continuous high heat, or "Lower" for gentle simmering.
  3. Allow ingredients to cook.

6. Care and Maintenance

Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your appliance.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Inner Pot and Steamer Basket: Wash the non-stick inner pot and steamer basket with warm, soapy water using a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads to protect the non-stick coating. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Glass Lid: Wash the glass lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
  4. Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit or power cord in water or any other liquid.
  5. Storage: Store the appliance in a clean, dry place when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting
