• Heat Warning: The exterior surfaces, especially the back of the appliance, can become very hot during operation (up to 425°F). 3. Setup

Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed. Place the Air Oven on a flat, stable, level surface, at least 2 to 4 inches away from any walls or other objects to allow for proper ventilation.

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the air fryer oven and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Clean: Wash all accessories (Air Fryer Basket, Wire Rack, Baking Tray, Rotisserie Forks, Rotisserie Handle, Rack Handle) with warm, soapy water. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
3. Insert Crumb Tray: Slide the removable Crumb Tray into the bottom front of the Air Oven. This tray collects crumbs and drips, making cleanup easier.
4. Position Racks: The oven features three rack positions (top, middle, bottom). Choose the appropriate position based on your cooking needs.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Control Panel Overview

• Function Knob: Turn to select desired cooking mode (French Fry, Pizza, Toast, Bake, Air Roast, Air Broil, Rotisserie, Grilled Fish, Thaw, Vegetable).
• LED Digital Screen: Displays selected function, time, and temperature.
• Time/Temp Knob: Turn to adjust cooking time (1-180 minutes) and temperature (140-450°F).
• Control Buttons:
  • ROTISSERIE: Activates/deactivates the rotisserie function.

4.2 Basic Operation Steps

1. Plug In: Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. The display will show "OFF".

3. Adjust Time/Temperature (Optional): If needed, press the TEMP/TIMER button and use the Time/Temp knob to adjust the values.

1. Assemble: Force the rotisserie shaft lengthwise through the meat. Slide the forks onto the shaft from either end into the meat, then lock in place with the set screws.
2. Insert: Using the Rotisserie Handle, carefully place the rotisserie assembly into the designated slots inside the oven.
3. Activate: Select a cooking function (e.g., Air Roast) and then press the ROTISSERIE button to activate rotation.
4. Remove: Once cooking is complete, use the Rotisserie Handle to safely remove the hot assembly from the oven.
