Setup
1. Power Connection
Connect the ETL adapter to the power input port on the machine and then plug it into a suitable electrical outlet. Ensure the machine is turned off before connecting power.
2. Extension Table Installation
For a larger working area, attach the extension table by aligning its pegs with the corresponding holes on the machine's base and gently pressing down until it clicks into place.

3. Threading the Machine
Proper threading is crucial for smooth operation. Follow these steps carefully:
- Upper Threading: Place a spool of thread on the spool pin. Guide the thread through the various guides and tension discs as indicated in the diagram. Ensure the thread is securely seated in all guides.
- Needle Threading: Thread the needle from front to back.
- Lower Thread (Bobbin): Open the bobbin cover. Insert the bobbin into the bobbin case, ensuring the thread unwinds in the correct direction. Pull the thread through the tension spring.
- Bringing Up the Bobbin Thread: Hold the upper thread, turn the handwheel towards you to lower the needle, then raise it. The needle thread will catch the bobbin thread, forming a loop. Pull both threads under the presser foot and towards the back of the machine.

4. Needle Installation
Ensure the flat side of the needle faces the back of the machine when inserting. Tighten the needle clamp screw securely.
Operating Instructions
1. Stitch Length Selection
Your machine offers 3 different stitch lengths. Adjust the stitch length dial according to your fabric type and desired stitch appearance. Longer stitches are generally for thicker fabrics, while shorter stitches are for finer details.
2. Speed Control
The machine has two speed settings: Low (L) and High (H). For beginners or intricate work, select the Low speed. For faster sewing, switch to High speed. The maximum speed is 259 stitches per minute.

Image: A finger pointing to the speed control switch on the side of the sewing machine, indicating the 'OFF', 'ON', 'L' (Low speed), and 'H' (High speed) settings.
3. Reverse Stitch Function
To reinforce the beginning and end of your seams, use the reverse stitch function. Press and hold the reverse stitch button to sew backward, then release to sew forward again. This helps prevent stitches from unraveling.
4. Sewing Different Fabrics
This machine is suitable for a variety of fabrics including cotton, silk, linen, and thin denim. For very thin fabrics, using an auxiliary tissue (like tear-away stabilizer) can help achieve smoother stitches and prevent fabric puckering.

Image: The sewing machine's capability is illustrated, showing it can sew through up to 5 layers of cotton fabric on the left. On the right, it demonstrates sewing thin fabrics with the aid of auxiliary tissue for improved stitch quality.

5. LED Light Strip
The integrated LED light strip illuminates your sewing area, providing better visibility, especially when working on dark fabrics or in low-light conditions.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regularly clean lint and dust from the bobbin area and under the needle plate using a small brush. Ensure the machine is unplugged before cleaning.
2. Needle Replacement
Replace the needle if it becomes bent, blunt, or if you experience skipped stitches. Always use the correct needle type (90/14) for your machine. Loosen the needle clamp screw, remove the old needle, insert the new one with the flat side facing the back, and tighten the screw.
3. Bobbin Care
Keep your bobbins and bobbin case clean and free of tangled threads. A clean bobbin area ensures smooth lower thread tension.
