- Pull-up Bar: The top bar allows for various grip pull-ups to target back and arm muscles. The bar height is approximately 210 cm from the ground.
- Dip Station: Two padded armrests and handles are provided for effective triceps and chest dips. The reach of the dip station is approximately 65 cm.
- Foldable Weight Bench: The padded bench (approx. 110 x 25 x 3.5 cm) can be used for bench presses, dumbbell rows, and other seated or lying exercises. It can be folded up to save space when not in use.
- Adjustable Barbell Holders: The station includes adjustable barbell holders for safe barbell exercises. The ground clearance for these holders is approximately 84, 93, and 102 cm.
- Abdominal and Leg Training: The two armrests can also be utilized for leg raises and other core exercises.
