Safety Instructions

Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

1. Prepare the Area: Clear a spacious, clean, and soft area for assembly to prevent damage to the cabinet parts.
2. Identify Parts: Lay out all panels and hardware. Refer to the included parts list (usually with letter/number labels) to identify each component.
3. Assemble the Frame: Attach the metal frame components together using the provided screws. Ensure all connections are secure.
4. Attach Cabinet Panels: Secure the side panels, bottom panel, and back panel to the assembled metal frame. Use the appropriate fasteners as indicated in the detailed assembly diagram (refer to the separate diagram sheet if provided).
5. Install Adjustable Feet: Screw the adjustable feet into the bottom of the metal legs. These can be adjusted later to level the cabinet on uneven floors.

6. Assemble the Drawer: Put together the drawer components, including the drawer front, sides, and back. Install the drawer slides onto the drawer and the corresponding slides onto the cabinet frame.
7. Install Doors and Hinges: Attach the hinges to the cabinet doors and then mount the doors to the cabinet frame. Ensure the hinges are aligned for smooth operation.

8. Insert Adjustable Shelf: Place the shelf pins into the desired holes inside the cabinet. Then, rest the adjustable shelf on these pins. The shelf can be moved to different heights to accommodate various item sizes.

9. Attach Handles: Secure the handles to the drawer and doors.
10. Secure to Wall: Once assembled and in its final position, attach the anti-tip strap to the back of the cabinet and secure it to a wall stud using appropriate wall anchors.
