Follow these steps to install your KEMIMOTO E9 mirrors. Ensure your motorcycle is stable and turned off before beginning installation.

5.1. Handlebar Type Identification
First, determine the type of handlebar on your motorcycle:
- Hollow Handlebars: If your handlebar ends are hollow, remove the original handlebar end cap. The mirror will be installed directly into the hollow bar.
- Threaded Handlebars: If your handlebar ends have internal threads, use the provided M6 or M8 screws to attach the mirrors. The package includes both M6 and M8 screws for compatibility.
5.2. Installation Steps
- Prepare the Handlebar: Remove any existing bar end weights or caps from your handlebar.
- Select Appropriate Components:
- For handlebars with an inner diameter of 13-16 mm: Use one spacer and the expansion screw.
- For handlebars with an inner diameter of 17-19 mm: Use two spacers and the expansion screw.
- Assemble the Mirror: Insert the expansion screw assembly into the end of the handlebar.
- Tighten the Screw: Use the provided Allen key to tighten the expansion screw. This will expand the internal mechanism, securing the mirror firmly within the handlebar.
Note: The maximum expansion range of the expansion screw is 19 mm. Over-tightening the expansion screw beyond this limit may cause it to break.

6. Operation and Adjustment
The KEMIMOTO E9 mirrors feature a 360-degree rotatable base, allowing for flexible adjustment to achieve your optimal viewing angle.
6.1. Adjusting Mirror Angle
Once installed, you can easily rotate the mirror head to position it for the best rear visibility. Gently pivot the mirror to eliminate blind spots and ensure a clear view of traffic behind you. The robust design ensures the mirror maintains its position during riding.

7. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your KEMIMOTO E9 mirrors, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Clean the mirror glass and frame regularly with a soft cloth and mild cleaning solution. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the mirror surface or damage the finish.
- Inspection: Periodically check all mounting screws and bolts for tightness. Vibrations from riding can sometimes loosen hardware. Re-tighten as necessary to prevent mirror movement or detachment.
- Storage: If storing your motorcycle for an extended period, ensure the mirrors are clean and protected from extreme weather conditions.
8. Troubleshooting
- Mirror Vibrates Excessively: Ensure all installation screws, especially the expansion screw, are tightened securely. Check if the handlebar inner diameter is within the recommended 13-19mm range.
- Mirror Does Not Hold Position: Re-tighten the pivot points on the mirror arm. If the issue persists, inspect for any damage to the internal rotation mechanism.
- Difficulty Installing: Verify your handlebar's inner diameter and ensure you are using the correct spacers and screws as per the installation guide.
