Setup
Before first use, follow these simple setup steps:
- Placement: Place the machine on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Attach Tray: Ensure the removable tobacco tray is correctly attached to the front of the machine.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the machine's power input port, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to efficiently create your cigarettes:
- Prepare Tobacco: Ensure your tobacco is dry and cut to an appropriate size. Avoid overfilling the hopper, as this can lead to clogging.
- Insert Cigarette Tube: Place an empty cigarette tube (suitable for 0.31-inch diameter) onto the metal nozzle on the left side of the machine. Ensure it is fully seated. The machine is designed to fit king size 100's cigarettes.
- Adjust Tightness: Use the knob on the machine to adjust the tobacco packing tightness. There are four adjustable levels. Turning the knob to the right generally increases tightness, while turning it to the left decreases it. Experiment with different settings to find your preferred cigarette density.
- Fill Hopper: Gently place the prepared tobacco into the hopper. Use the provided stirring rod to evenly distribute the tobacco and ensure it feeds smoothly into the machine's mechanism.
- Start Rolling: Press and hold the power button. The machine will automatically inject the tobacco into the cigarette tube. For a potentially tighter pack, you may gently push the butt of the cigarette tube while the machine is operating.
- Remove Cigarette: Once the process is complete and the tube is filled, release the power button and carefully remove the newly filled cigarette.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your machine:
- Unplug: Always unplug the machine from the power outlet before performing any cleaning or maintenance.
- Empty Tray: Remove the detachable tobacco tray and discard any remaining tobacco. The tray can be rinsed with water and dried thoroughly before reattaching.
- Clean Hopper: Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any tobacco residue from the hopper and around the injection mechanism.
- Clear Nozzle: Use the stirring rod or a thin, non-abrasive tool to clear any blockages in the metal nozzle.
- Wipe Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
- Cigarettes are too loose or too tight:
Solution: Adjust the tightness knob on the machine. Turn right for tighter packing, left for looser. Experiment with different settings and tobacco types to achieve your desired density. - Tobacco clogging:
Solution: Ensure tobacco is dry and properly cut. Use the stirring rod to break up any clumps in the hopper. Do not overfill the hopper. If a blockage occurs in the nozzle, unplug the machine and carefully clear it with the stirring rod. - Cigarette tube not filling completely:
Solution: Check for tobacco blockages in the nozzle or feeding mechanism. Ensure the tube is fully seated on the nozzle. Verify tobacco consistency is not too damp or too coarse, which can hinder proper injection. - Tobacco falling out (cherry fall): This issue often occurs if the tobacco is too dry or packed too loosely.
Solution 1: Lightly spray tobacco with a small amount of water or alcohol and place it in an airtight container overnight to rehydrate it slightly. This can improve its packing consistency.
Solution 2: Ensure you are using an appropriate tightness setting for your tobacco type. A slightly tighter setting may be required.
Solution 3: Stir the tobacco in the hopper while rolling to ensure even distribution and consistent packing into the tube.
