5.3. Delay Timer & Keep Warm Function
- 15-Hour Delay Timer: Allows you to set the bread maker to start baking at a later time, so you can wake up to fresh bread or have it ready when you return home.
- 1-Hour Automatic Keep Warm: After baking is complete, the bread maker will automatically switch to a keep warm function for up to 1 hour, ensuring your bread stays warm and fresh.
5.4. General Operation Steps
- Add Ingredients: Place all ingredients into the bread pan in the order specified in your recipe book (typically liquids first, then dry ingredients, with yeast last).
- Select Program: Use the MENU/TIMER knob to select your desired program (e.g., Basic bread, Gluten-free bread).
