1. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to correctly assemble your NEO CHAIR DBS office chair. Ensure all parts are present before beginning assembly.

Step-by-Step Assembly

1. Attach Base Legs: Connect the base legs to the central hub. Press firmly until you hear a "click" for each leg.
2. Install Casters: Push the casters (wheels) vertically into the holes at the end of each base leg.
3. Insert Gas Lift: Remove the protective cap from the gas lift cylinder (if present). Insert the gas lift into the central hole of the assembled base. Do not remove the orange or white button on top of the gas lift.
4. Prepare Seat: Place the seat cushion upside down on a stable surface (e.g., the packaging box).
5. Attach Armrests: Align the armrests with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat. Ensure correct left and right orientation. Under-tighten the bolts with washers attached.
6. Attach Backrest: Align the backrest with the armrests. Under-tighten the bolts.
7. Install Control Mechanism: Align the control mechanism with the bolt holes on the underside of the seat, ensuring the "FRONT" indicator is facing forward. Under-tighten the bolts in a diagonal order first.
8. Final Tightening: Fully tighten all bolts using the included Allen key.
9. Mount Seat to Base: Carefully align the hole on the control mechanism with the top of the gas lift and firmly mount the seat onto the base.

• Adjustable Height: Use the lever located under the seat on the right side to raise or lower the chair. Pull the lever up while seated to lower, or pull up while standing to raise.
• Tilt Lock Function: The same lever used for height adjustment can also lock the chair's tilt. Push the lever in to lock the chair in an upright position, and pull it out to allow tilting.
• Adjustable Lumbar Support: The lumbar support can be adjusted vertically to fit your lower back. Locate the adjustment mechanism on the backrest and slide it up or down to your preferred position.
• Flip-up Padded Armrests: The armrests can be flipped up to allow the chair to slide closer to your desk or for easier storage. They can also be lowered for padded arm support.
• 360-Degree Swivel: The chair features a full 360-degree swivel for easy movement and access to your workspace.
• Smooth-Rolling Casters: The BIFMA-tested casters provide smooth and quiet movement across various floor surfaces.
