Maintenance
General Care
- Keep the power station clean and free from dust and debris. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning.
- Avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Ensure all vents are clear to allow for proper airflow and prevent overheating.
Battery Storage
For optimal battery life, store the power station in a cool, dry place. If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is charged to approximately 50-80% and recharge it every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your power station, consider the following general troubleshooting steps:
- Unit Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to an AC outlet to verify charging.
- No Output from Ports: Check if the specific output (AC/DC/USB) is enabled on the unit. Verify that the connected device is functioning correctly and its power requirements do not exceed the power station's capacity.
- Overload Indication: If an overload warning appears, disconnect some devices to reduce the load. The unit may automatically shut down to protect itself.
- Charging Issues: Ensure charging cables are securely connected. If using solar, verify panels are correctly positioned and receiving adequate sunlight.
For persistent issues, refer to the "Warranty and Support" section for contact information.
