5. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to set up your moving head light:

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the fixture and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage during transit.
2. Mounting:
   • Attach the provided brackets to the bottom of the fixture using the screws.
   • Securely mount the fixture to a truss, ceiling, or stable surface using appropriate clamps (not included) or by directly screwing the brackets to a sturdy structure. Ensure the mounting point can safely support the fixture's weight (4.09 kg).
   • Always use a safety cable (not included) when suspending the fixture overhead.
3. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the "POWER" input on the rear panel of the fixture, then plug it into a compatible power outlet (110-220V).
4. DMX Connection (Optional): If using DMX control, connect a DMX cable from your DMX controller's output to the "DMX IN" port on the fixture. For multiple fixtures, daisy-chain them by connecting the "DMX OUT" of the first fixture to the "DMX IN" of the next.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Control Panel Operation:

Use the MENU, UP, DOWN, and ENTER buttons on the front panel to navigate and select operating modes and settings.

6.2 Operating Modes:

• Automatic Mode: The fixture will cycle through pre-programmed light shows and patterns. This mode is ideal for quick setup without external control.
• Sound-Activated Mode: The built-in microphone detects music or sound, and the light effects will synchronize with the beat. Adjust sensitivity if needed via the menu.
• Master-Slave Mode: Connect multiple fixtures via DMX cables. Set one fixture as "Master" and others as "Slave." The slave units will mimic the master's movements and effects, creating a synchronized light show.
• DMX512 Control Mode: For professional control, connect the fixture to a DMX controller. The fixture supports 13CH or 15CH DMX channels. Refer to the DMX channel chart in the full manual (if provided separately) for detailed control parameters (Pan, Tilt, Color, Strobe, Dimmer, etc.). Set the DMX address for each fixture via the control panel.
