Setup and Preparation

Before First Use:

  1. Remove all packaging materials and labels from the iron.
  2. Inspect the iron for any damage. Do not use if damaged.
  3. For the corded iron, ensure the power cord is untangled. For the cordless iron, place the charging base on a stable surface and plug it into a power outlet.

Filling the Water Tank:

  1. Ensure the iron is unplugged (or off its charging base for the cordless model) and cooled down.
  2. Open the water tank cover.
  3. Fill the water tank with tap water up to the "MAX" fill line. Do not overfill.
  4. Close the water tank cover securely to prevent leaks.

Note: The irons are equipped with a silicone seal to minimize water leaks. Using distilled water is recommended in areas with hard water to prevent mineral buildup, though tap water is generally suitable.

Operating Instructions

1. Temperature Selection:

Turn the temperature dial to select the appropriate heat setting for your fabric. Always check the garment's care label. If unsure, start with a lower temperature on an inconspicuous area.

Maintenance and Care

1. Self-Clean Function:

Regularly use the self-clean function to flush out mineral deposits and maintain steam performance.

  1. Fill the water tank to the MAX line.
  2. Set the iron to the highest temperature setting.
  3. Once hot, unplug the iron (or remove from base for cordless).
  4. Hold the iron horizontally over a sink.
  5. Press and hold the self-clean button/switch. Hot water and steam will flush out from the soleplate, carrying impurities.
  6. Release the button when the water tank is empty.
  7. Move the iron gently to remove any remaining water.
  8. Allow the iron to cool completely before storing.
