Operating Instructions
- Power On/Off: Use the master ON/OFF switch located on the base of the tower to control power to all AC outlets and USB ports. Press the switch to the 'ON' position to supply power and to 'OFF' to cut power. This switch also functions as a circuit breaker.
- Connecting AC Devices: Plug your AC-powered devices into any of the 12 widely spaced AC outlets located on the sides of the tower. The generous spacing prevents large adapters from blocking adjacent outlets.
- Charging USB Devices: Connect your USB-powered devices (smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, etc.) to the 3 USB-A ports or the 1 USB-C port on the top of the tower.
- Monitoring Protection: The green "PROTECTED" indicator lights on the base will remain lit when the surge protection is active and functioning correctly.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power to outlets/USB ports | Power switch is OFF or circuit breaker tripped. | Ensure the power switch is ON. If tripped, unplug devices, reset the switch, then reconnect. |
| "PROTECTED" indicator lights are off | Surge protection is no longer active or unit is not receiving power. | Check if the unit is plugged in and the power switch is ON. If lights remain off, the surge protection may have expired after a significant surge. Consider replacing the unit. |
| Devices not charging via USB | Faulty USB cable or device, or total USB output exceeded. | Try a different USB cable or device. Ensure total USB output (5V/3.4A) is not exceeded. |
