    • Verify that the power button on the fan or remote has been pressed.
  • Error Message Displayed (e.g., "HH"):
    • An error message like "HH" may indicate an internal issue. Try unplugging the fan from the power outlet for a few minutes, then plug it back in to reset the unit.

  • Incorrect Button Functionality (e.g., Speed button controlling Timer):
    • This may indicate a temporary software glitch. Unplug the fan for several minutes to allow it to fully reset.
    • If the issue continues, it might be a hardware malfunction requiring professional assistance.
  • Weak Airflow:
    • Increase the fan speed setting.
    • Ensure the air intake and exhaust grilles are free from dust and obstructions. Clean as per the Maintenance section.
  • Unusual Noise:
    • Check for any foreign objects that may have fallen into the fan grilles.
    • Ensure the fan is on a flat, stable surface to prevent vibrations.
