Setup
Charging the Mills
The mills are powered by a rechargeable Li-Ion battery. Before first use, fully charge both mills to ensure optimal performance.
- Locate the USB-C charging port on the side of the mill, near the top.
- Connect the included USB charging cable to the mill and a suitable USB power adapter (not included).
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. A full charge typically takes approximately 2-3 hours.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the USB cable.

Filling the Mills
The mills are designed for grinding salt, peppercorns, and other dry spices.
- Hold the mill firmly and twist the transparent base section counter-clockwise to the unlock position.
- Carefully separate the top motor section from the transparent spice chamber.
- Fill the spice chamber with your desired salt, peppercorns, or spices. Do not overfill; leave a small gap at the top. The 360° window allows you to monitor the fill level.
- Reattach the top motor section, aligning the marks, and twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.

Operation
Grinding Spices
To operate the mill, simply press and hold the button located on the top of the unit. The mill will begin grinding automatically.
- An automatic light will illuminate the area below the mill during operation, providing visibility while seasoning.
- Release the button to stop grinding.

Adjusting Grind Size
The mill features a spin dial at the bottom to adjust the grind size from fine to coarse. This ceramic grinder is durable and allows for precise control.
- Turn the dial clockwise for a finer grind.
- Turn the dial counter-clockwise for a coarser grind.
- Experiment with different settings to find your preferred grind consistency.

Maintenance and Cleaning
