Operating Instructions

Preparing Produce

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • For fruits with hard pits or large seeds (e.g., peaches, mangoes), remove them before juicing.
  • The 3-inch wide mouth feed chute can accommodate whole fruits and vegetables, reducing prep time. However, for very large items, cutting them into smaller pieces may be beneficial.
  • Peeling is generally not necessary for most fruits and vegetables, but you may peel citrus fruits if you prefer to avoid the bitterness of the rind.

  • Speed "2" (12000-18000 RPM): Designed for harder fruits and vegetables.
    • Examples: Carrots, celery, apples, pears, ginger, beets, kale.
