Troubleshooting

Camera Not Responding / Frozen Screen

If the product stops responding due to improper operation, locate the reset button. This is typically a small pinhole. Use a thin object (like a paperclip) to gently press the reset button. The camera will restart and return to normal operation.

Poor Image Quality

  • Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from smudges or dust.
  • Check lighting conditions; sufficient light is necessary for clear images.
  • Verify that the screen protector (if any) has been removed from the lens area.

Cannot Save Photos/Videos

  • Check if the 32GB Micro SD card is properly inserted.
  • Ensure the memory card is not full. Delete unnecessary files or transfer them to a computer to free up space.
  • If the card is corrupted, it may need to be formatted (this will erase all data) or replaced.
