2. Setup and Accessories
Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed. Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface with adequate ventilation around it. Familiarize yourself with the included accessories:
- Air Fryer Basket: For air frying items like fries and chicken wings.
- Wire Rack: For baking, roasting, or toasting.
- Baking Tray: For baking or catching drips.
- Crumb Tray: Located at the bottom, collects crumbs and drips for easy cleaning.
- Rotisserie Forks: Used with the rotisserie rod for roasting whole poultry or roasts.

3. Operating Instructions
The CUSIMAX Air Fryer Oven features simple intuitive control knobs and an LED digital screen for easy operation. Each cooking program has preset temperature and time, which can be adjusted to your specific needs.
- Power On: Plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet. The LED screen will illuminate.
- Select Function: Use the left "FUNCTION" knob to select your desired cooking mode (e.g., FRENCH FRY, PIZZA, TOAST, BAKE, AIR ROAST, AIR BROIL, ROTISSERIES, GRILLED FISH, THAW, VEGETABLE).
- Adjust Time/Temperature: Use the right "TIME/TEMP" knob to set the cooking time (1-180 minutes) and temperature (140-450°F).
- Confirm Settings: Press the "CONFIRM" button to start the cooking process.
- Using Rotisserie: For rotisserie cooking, assemble the rotisserie rod with forks and secure your food. Insert the assembly into the designated slots inside the oven. Press the "ROTISSERIE" button to activate rotation.
- Internal Light: Press the "LAMP" button to turn the internal cooking light on or off.
- Monitoring Food: The glass door and internal light allow you to monitor food without opening the oven, preventing heat loss.

4. Maintenance and Cleaning
