4.1 Motherboard Preparation

  1. Install CPU: Carefully open the CPU socket lever, align the CPU with the triangle marker, and gently place it into the socket. Close the lever to secure the CPU.
  2. Install M.2 SSD: Locate the M.2 slot on your motherboard. Insert the M.2 SSD at an angle and secure it with the provided screw or retention clip. If your motherboard has an M.2 heatsink, install it over the SSD.
  3. Install RAM: Open the retention clips on the RAM slots. Align the RAM module with the notch in the slot and press firmly on both ends until the clips snap into place.
  4. Install CPU Cooler: Apply thermal paste to the CPU if not pre-applied on your cooler. Mount your low-profile CPU cooler (max 60mm height) according to its instructions, ensuring it is securely fastened.

4.2 Case Preparation

  1. Remove Side Panels: Unscrew the thumbscrews on the rear of the case and slide off the mesh side panels.
  2. Install PCIe Riser Cable: Secure the included PCIe 3.0 16X Riser Cable to the motherboard's PCIe slot. Ensure it is firmly seated. Important Note: Please set the PCIE speed of the motherboard BIOS to GEN3 for using with 3.0 graphics card extension line, or the computer will not work.

5. Operating Instructions

Once assembled, connect the power cable to the power supply and a wall outlet. Press the power button on the front I/O panel to turn on your system. The LED on the power button will illuminate.

For optimal performance, ensure all drivers for your components (motherboard, GPU, etc.) are installed and up to date.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance helps prolong the life of your PC components and ensures optimal performance.

  • Dust Cleaning: Periodically clean the mesh panels and internal components using compressed air to remove dust buildup. Dust can impede airflow and cause overheating.
  • Dust Filters: The case includes dust filters. Clean these regularly by removing them and gently brushing off accumulated dust.
  • Cable Management: Ensure cables remain neatly organized to maintain good airflow.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 PC Not Booting / Display Issues

  • PCIe Speed Setting: If using a PCIe 3.0 graphics card extension line, ensure the PCIE speed of your motherboard BIOS is set to GEN3. Incorrect settings will prevent the computer from working. Refer to your motherboard manual for BIOS settings.
  • Component Seating: Verify that all components (CPU, RAM, GPU, SSD) are correctly and firmly seated in their respective slots.
  • Power Connections: Double-check all power cables (24-pin ATX, CPU 8-pin, GPU PCIe power) are securely connected.

7.2 Overheating Issues

  • Airflow Obstruction: Ensure no cables or components are blocking the mesh panels or internal fan positions.
  • CPU Cooler Installation: Verify the CPU cooler is properly installed and making good contact with the CPU, with adequate thermal paste.
  • Fan Orientation: Check that any installed case fans are oriented correctly for optimal airflow (intake/exhaust).
