Troubleshooting
If your food processor does not start or encounters issues, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Appliance Does Not Start:
- Ensure the transparent bowl is twisted clockwise until it can no longer be twisted, and the black arrow is aligned with the locking mark on the machine base.
- Ensure the lid is twisted clockwise until it clicks, and the black arrow is aligned with the locking mark on the bowl. The dual locking mechanism must be fully engaged for the processor to operate.
- Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Motor Stops During Operation:
- The appliance may have overheated. Unplug it and let it cool down for at least 30 minutes before attempting to use it again.
- Ensure you are not overloading the bowl with ingredients. Reduce the quantity of food and try again.
- Food Not Processing Evenly:
- Ensure ingredients are cut into uniform, smaller pieces before processing.
- Use the Pulse function for better control over consistency.
- Check that the correct blade or disc is installed for the desired task.
