Setup
Initial Charging of the Power Bank
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Miady portable charger. This ensures optimal performance and battery calibration.
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the USB-C input port on the power bank.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included).
- The LED indicator lights on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging progress. All four lights will be solid when fully charged.

Checking Battery Level
Press the power button once to check the remaining battery level. The four LED indicator lights represent the charge status:
- 4 LEDs: 75-100% charged
- 3 LEDs: 50-75% charged
- 2 LEDs: 25-50% charged
- 1 LED: 0-25% charged
Operating Instructions
Charging Your Devices
- Connect your device's charging cable to one of the USB-A output ports or the USB-C output port on the power bank.
- Connect the other end of the cable to your mobile device.
- The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. If it does not, press the power button once.
- The LED indicator lights will show the power bank's remaining charge while it is in use.

Recharging the Power Bank
You can recharge the power bank using either the USB-C input port or the Micro USB input port.
- Connect the appropriate charging cable (USB-C or Micro USB) to the power bank's input port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB wall adapter or a computer's USB port.
- The LED indicator lights will flash to indicate charging. Once all four lights are solid, the power bank is fully charged.

Maintenance
- Keep the power bank away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and liquids.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.
- Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- To prolong battery life, fully charge the power bank at least once every three months if not used regularly.
Troubleshooting
Device Not Charging
- Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged (check LED indicators).
- Verify that the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
- Try using a different charging cable or port on the power bank.
- Press the power button once to activate charging.
Power Bank Not Recharging
- Check the connection of the charging cable to the power bank and the wall adapter.
- Ensure the wall adapter is functioning correctly and plugged into a live outlet.
- Try using a different charging cable or input port (USB-C or Micro USB).
Slow Charging
- Ensure your device and cable support fast charging if you expect faster speeds.
- Using a high-quality wall adapter for recharging the power bank can speed up its recharge time.
